maco marets encircles fans with latest album!

Vocalist maco marets not only announced that will he drop his next album Circles December 4 but he also dropped the music video for the album’s lead track “D.O.L.O.R.” on his official YouTube channel. Circles will be the latest album from marets since KINO back in November last year and will be his third overall.

Produced and composed by Riki Azuma of Studio75, “D.O.L.O.R.” puts marets’ smooth vocals front and center with compositions that just can’t be beat. Circles will be released with ten tracks and “D.O.L.O.R” will include his other top hit “Standard”.  The album will drop through a CD-only standard edition.

Lenny code fiction reveals fiery new single

Rock band Lenny code fiction revealed they will be providing the second ending for mega popular shonen anime Fire Force. The new ending will be titled “Nonai” and the release of the single is set for December 11. According to the band the song is about the idea of penetrating the image of one’s ideal self inside one’s own mind. “Nonai” will be released in two editions total, a standard CD-only edition and a limited pressing edition which will come with a bonus DVD. The limited pressing will also feature artwork from the anime and will only be manufactured until the end of February 2020. Pre-order links are up and will be posted below along with a teaser for “Nonai”.

Music Corner Week 27: Color Creation

Color Creation is a five-member vocal group that got started back in 2017. The group consists of Kaz, Junpei, Takuya, Yuuto, and Rioske. The goal of the group is to be the next generation of vocal groups with the simple premise of good songs, good vocals, and good character. The name of the group is to inspire thoughts such as beautiful, powerful, and persuasive vocals. Color Creation lives up to its mantra in spades, always delivering an experience with each song that grabs a hold of the listener. Their music captures the beauty, power, and vocals that the group aspires to possess. Take, for example, their upcoming single “The Call” which is set to come out next month. Warner Japan just dropped the music video for it and it is absolutely stunning. The vocal work on display here is incredible with its amazing harmonization and it is sung in such an exquisite manner by each member of the group. Each vocalist is able to hold their own and come together with the group to create something that is truly amazing.

Color Creation released their very first album this year back in May and it climbed all the way to number two on the Oricon weekly charts. “The Call” will be their fourth major single. “Canvas” was their major debut single, followed by second and third released singles “I’m here/Blue Star” and “Let it Snow”, respectively. GANG PARADE shows their Rapyu skill with latest music video!

Popular alt idol group GANG PARADE released the music video for their track “らびゅ” (“Rapyu”) on their official YouTube channel. “Rapyu” is the lead track for the group’s upcoming first major label album LOVE PARADE dropping November 13. Directed by Ryo Ichikawa of Koe inc, “Rapyu” shows off warped visuals of the members to prove to the masses just how different GANG PARADE is compared to traditional idol groups. Like several other songs on LOVE PARADE, “Rapyu” is composed by Kenta Matsukuma. LOVE PARADE will drop with two editions, a CD-only standard edition and a two-CD + Blu-ray + photo book limited edition. As previously reported, the second disc will feature excerpts from the concert held at Osaka-Jo Hall earlier in the year.

BESPA KUMAMERO releases new digital single

BESPA KUMANERO is a Japanese electronic performance unit which dropped a brand new digital single titled “NINJA-Hanakage-”. “NINJA-Hanakage-” is currently available on streaming platforms all over the world including YouTube—a link will be posted below. BESPA KUMANERO was formed back in 2001 and released their first album Romantic Waves in 2008 and proceeded to make an appearance at Anime Matsuri in Houston. The unit was also voted Best Japanese Electronic Group in Shojo Beat magazine in 2009.
