Hiroyuki Takami soothes the world spirit with new mini-album!

After the success of his album Gimmick Zone, vocalist Hiroyuki Takami announced a brand new mini-album titled World Tamashi. Not much is known about the mini-album except that it will drop August 28 with six tracks total, with more info about it being unveiled at a later time.

Takami has also announced that for the mini-album there will be an accompanying tour. Simply titled HIROYUKI TAKAMI TOUR 2019 Love&Victory -World Tamashi-, the tour will run from August 24 through September 16 (more info at right).

Ai Otsuka chimes in with new single!

Pop singer Ai Otsuka revealed she will be providing the upcoming intro for popular romantic fantasy anime Fruits Basket. The new opening will be titled “Chime” and it will be released September 4. “Chime” is the first release by Ai Otsuka since her last single “Watashi” which came out back in 2017. The track is being released in three editions total, and while the standard edition will be CD-only the other two editions are packed with extras. The CD + 2-DVD editions and the CD + Blu-ray come with live footage taken from Ai am BEST, too tour 2019-Yes! Kokoga Iessu!- which was held May 2 at Zepp Diver City, and buyers of these editions also get a behind-the-scenes look, a forty-minute stage talk, and, finally, the music videos for both “Chime” and another song to be on the single titled "kit palette". Kaede celebrates her birthday with a bang-with several new releases!

After the success of her latest mini-album Shinya Anata wa Kyo wo Furikaeri Mata Atarashii Asa dane, Kaede of three-member idol Negicco announced a brand new single. Dropping October 15, the single, which is still untitled, doesn’t have much information readily available as of now. The announcement came as a surprise during Kaede’s acoustic mini-tour this past weekend, where she commented that the single will drop with both a CD-only standard edition and a special seven-inch vinyl edition.

Kaede also announced that for her birthday—September 15—she will also release a twelve-inch vinyl edition of Shinya Anata wa Kyo wo Furikaeri Mata Atarashii Asa dane.

The Side Effects of coldrain

Punk rock band coldrain revealed they will be releasing a new album titled The Side Effects which will drop August 28. The Side Effects will be coldrain’s sixth album and they will also be celebrating twelve years together. According to the band, the album will be their best masterpiece which is bound to fly them to the next level.

The Side Effects is being released in a total of five editions. The standard edition will be CD-only while the limited edition will be CD + DVD, and the complete box editions—manifesting in three versions—will include a CD, DVD, a bonus collectible, and a medium, large, or extra large t-shirt depending on which version you pick up. It’s not been revealed what will be featured on the DVD, but the CD will have a total of twelve tracks (you can see the full track listing at the bottom of this page). Billie Idle has brand new tour

Five-member girl rock group Billie Idle revealed they will be releasing a brand new single October 23. The title for the song has yet to be officially revealed, but on top of this news the group announced that there will be a tour. The tour will last from the end of July to the end of September and will be titled after their latest single “Bokura Mada Chippokenakorono Hanashi”. Full tour schedule details are posted below.

“Bokura Mada Chippokenakorono Hanashi” hit all the way to number three the week of its release; unfortunately, though, it is not available on YouTube but most, if not all, of Billie Idle’s work can be found through Apple Music and Spotify.

At the time of this article, the aforementioned newest single is not yet available for pre-order but we will be sure to keep an eye open for links.
