VIDEO SYNOPSIS:

Aisho got caught by both his DADDIES. It appears he wasn’t as innocent as he made them believe. Each of them thought Aisho was exclusively theirs. They decide to have a civilised dinner to discuss matters. One last supper. But what they didn’t expect was that Aisho also had his own plans. This supper really was going to be the last one. At least for the DADDIES.

Ahead of its release, Aisho premiered his highly acclaimed performance of DLB at Red Bull Japan’s pop-up music event “Red Bull Tokyo Unlocked” where 30 other of Tokyo’s bubbling acts came along including the kinds of Awich and LICAXXX.

Bangkok-based Thai superstar singer STAMP released his sixth Japanese-language single, titled ‘Ai no Sei de’ across all digital music streaming platforms. ‘Ai no Sei de’ is the Japanese version of ‘It Could Be Love’, a smash hit that also featured in the hugely popular Thai drama ‘Love By Chance’. It is a wholesome love song with a pure message of committing to loving somebody no matter the hardship, until they finally accept your affection. The translated Japanese lyrics were written by Aile The Shota, a popular solo artist who is also active as a songwriter and lyricist. The lyrics are entirely in Japanese, marking the first time for STAMP to sing a full song with only Japanese lyrics, and the sound of the words has a beauty that is distinct from the original Thai version.

STAMP and Aile The Shota made comments to mark the release of the new single.

Comment from STAMP

“Aile The Shota wrote the Japanese lyrics for this song. Shota provided lyrics that were as close as possible to the Thai version, so they felt familiar to my ears and I could sing them smoothly – I really love them.

“Shota also gave me some vocal performance tips in the studio. His considered advice helped me to nail the Japanese pronunciations so that I could give my best performance.”

Cho Tokimeki♡Sendenbu release long-awaited mini-album ‘Heart Gyutto!’

Having surpassed 2 billion plays, the wild success of their single ‘Suki! ~Cho ver~’ has helped Cho Tokimeki♡Sendenbu find fans all around the world, uniting the globe with “suki” (love). Now, to make the most of all that “suki” power, the group have released a brand-new mini-album, ‘Heart Gyutto!’, along with a music video for lead track ‘Gyutto!’.

The Japanese word “gyutto” means “squeeze tightly”, and the new track ‘Gyutto!’ is all about firmly hugging your favorite someone. Check out the music video for a super-cute “Gyutto! Dance” on the beach, a sprinkling of heart-squeezing lyrics, and the adorable sight of the members competing for the attention of... a polar bear?! It’s the perfect excuse to learn the “Gyutto! Dance” moves and dance together with Cho Tokimeki♡Sendenbu.

This 12-track mini-album includes five new songs, such as the title track ‘Gyutto!’, which stands out for its lyrics that hit you right in the heart, the remarkable song ‘Memories’ written by Maguro Taniguchi (KANA-BOON), with its emotional lyrics and refreshing melody line, and ‘Cupid in Love’, which was released on streaming platforms on February 2. For the first time, it also includes instrumental versions of the songs so you can sing along!

Also, Shinobu Kayano, who designs outfits for AKB48 and many other idol groups, created the members’ costumes for the music video.

Comment from costume designer Shinobu Kayano

“I am good at creating costumes with lots of ruffles, but lately I haven’t had the chance to design outfits as cute as Cho Tokimeki♡Sendenbu’s, so I was very pleased to have this opportunity! This time, the idea was to create costumes with each member’s unique color, but also with a lot of white. I submitted some design drawings, out of which costumes with plenty of ribbons and ruffles were chosen, so we went ahead and produced them.

“During the fitting, all the members were really thrilled about each embellishment and of course the costumes themselves, and when they saw the heart-shaped buckle on the belt filled with rhinestones, they said with big smiles, ‘We are going to include hearts in the choreography, too ♡,’ and I had no doubt that it was going to be a hit! Please check out the cute Japanese outfits full of ruffles in the video for ‘Gyutto!’ from the new mini-album, released on June 22, 2022 (Wed). U will like it!!”

For all the fans who fell in love with Cho TokiSen and their smash hit ‘Suki!’, we’re going to squeeze your heart and never let go! We hope this song helps you to “gyutto!” tightly with fans all over the world ♡
