Nana Mizuki Expresses Herself With Live Blu-ray/DVD!

Popular Japanese seiyuu and vocalist Nana Mizuki is expressing herself in her latest live concert release Nana Mizuki Live Express 2019 which dropped March 25! Nana-chan’s latest Blu-ray/DVD features the final performance for her tour which took place at Chiba ZOZO Marine Stadium on September 15, 2019. Nana Mizuki Live Express 2019 features many popular tunes from the anime Nana-chan was featured in such as “Basilisk”, “Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha”, “Senki Zesshou Sympogear”, and many more.

This set comes in both Blu-ray and DVD formats; the Blu-ray spans three discs while the DVD spans five discs but both have the same track listing. Each set also includes bonus features such as footage of Nana-chan’s show Mizuki Nana Ooini Utau 5 along with a making-of and audio commentary. The first press edition comes housed in an exclusive box and digipack packaging. CDJapan is also including a special bonus of A3 and B2 sized posters on a first come, first served basis! D Dropping Two Singles On The Same Day

Visual Kei band D announced they will be dropping not one, but two, brand new singles April 29. The first single is titled “ACACIA - Pray For Australia -” and the second single “Hard Koala”. Both singles will donate a portion of their profits to the wildlife and nature conservation efforts concerning the wildfires that recently affected Australia.

Inner Science Shows Fans How It's Made With Upcoming Album!

Masumi Nishimura Electronica inspired solo project Inner Science announced that he will be releasing a brand new album, Made, April 22. This will be the latest release by the artist since his ambient sound album Ambient Purple back in February and will be his ninth overall. 

Made will be released with nine tracks total and two editions, a CD-only standard edition and cassette tape limited edition. Following the beat of Inner Science’s own drum, both physical editions of Made will be released a week earlier (April 15) in very limited quantities, with only 100 CD-only editions and 50 cassette type limited editions being printed. As an additional enticement for fans, both physical editions will include a 30-minute ambient soundtrack as an additional download.

Yayoi Daimon Brings Girls Together With New EPs!

Japanese singer, songwriter, rapper, DJ, and producer Yayoi Daimon will drop three consecutive EPs beginning on International Women’s Day and is releasing a new EP every ten days! The first EP was released on March 8 with the title GIRLS -Strong-. It contains five tracks, several of which have been previously released, such as "NO BRA” andd “#Ketsufure”. The second EP was released on March 18 with the title GIRLS -Love- and contains six tracks including the hit “Mango feat. MINMI”. The third EP was released on March 28 with the title GIRLS -Diamonds- and also contains six tracks including a piano version of the hit “Okaeri”.

Yayoi Daimon’s 3EP GIRLS can be found on all digital platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon, among many more. To promote her latest three EPs, Yayoi will also be holding a live special one-man live which will take place in Tokyo and Osaka in June. She will be at TOKYO SPACE ODD on June 12 in Tokyo and Sunhall on June 26 in Osaka. WANDS' New Single Breaks Silence

Rock band WANDS announced they will be dropping their seventeenth single titled “Dakiyose Takamaru Kimi no Taion to Tomoni”, which is set to drop May 20. This is the second single since the band reunited last year. WANDS was formed in 1991 and disbanded in 1999. Last year, after 20 years out of the industry, the band decided to get back together. “Dakiyose Takamaru Kimi no Taion to Tomoni” is being used for the second season of the crime drama Silent Voice.

“Dakiyose Takamaru Kimi no Taion to Tomoni” is being released in two editions, a standard edition which will be CD-only and a limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD. The DVD will feature a "Special Live Event Digest" which will run seven minutes long. Also on the CD, the B-side track will be unique for each edition with the standard edition CD getting “Ai wo Kataru Yori Kuchizuke wo Kawasou - WANDS Dai 5 Ki ver. -” and the limited edition getting “Just a Lonely Boy - WANDS Dai 5 Ki ver. -”. Pre-orders are up and posted below along with the group’s last single “Makkana Lip” which was their first single following their reunion.
