ALEXANDROS Announces New Songs For The Movie BLEACH!

Filmmakers of the popular comic BLEACH's upcoming movie announced that ALEXANDROS will be providing the theme song for the movie. The songs “Mosquito Bite” and “MILK” will be featured throughout the movie. The former was featured in the first official trailer.

BLEACH, directed by GANTZ movie director Shinsuke Sato, will star Sota Fukushi as Ichigo Kurosaki, a high school student that receives the powers of a Shinigami (Soul Reaper). From what the trailer suggests, the film will cover the comic's storyline up until the beginning of the “Save Rukia” arc in the comic; granted, with some minor changes.

Hikaru Utada’s Latest Single Chosen For Suntory CM!

Hikaru Utada’s first new song of 2018, “Play A Love Song”, is set to release on April 25th. It has been chosen to advertise for Suntory’s new Southern Alps sparkling water drink. Hikaru stars in the commercial herself, hiking in the snow and singing along. You can check out the commercial yourself below! 

BiSH Releases Music Video For Kirin Lemon Collaboration!

Idol group BiSH had announced previously that they would be partnering with popular beverage company Kirin for Kirin Lemon. The music video of said collaboration has finally been released. The song, named "透明なままでゆけ" ("Tomeina mamade yuke"), was made from the beat of the original Kirin Lemon song from the 60’s. However, it was given a fresh appeal for this generation. No release date was revealed, but stay tuned!

Hikaru Utada’s Anounces New Single Release Date!

Singer Hikaru Utada announced that her latest single "初恋 Hatsu Koi" will be released on May 30th. Currently "Hatsu Koi" is being used for the drama 花のち晴れ～花男 Next Season～(Hana Nochi Harare Hanaotoko Next Season) as its intermission song. It’s a soft sounding ballad that fits into its theme of high school romance.

ELLIE Returns With A Mini-Album!

Former Love Tambourines singer ELLIE has returned after 11 years with a brand new mini-album called Stay Gold. Releasing on May 23rd, Stay Gold is to feature a mixture of ska, soul, and rock style of music. Also included is a cover of popular vocalist Yasuyuki Okamura's song "イケナイコトカイ" ("Ikenaikotokai").
