Japanese band URBANGARDE holds an annual music festival in Tsutaya O-East in Shibuya and 2019 is no exception. The festival for this year is titled UTSU Fes (Depression Festival) 2019. The final dates for the 2019 festival have not yet been revealed but we do know all of the acts that will be at the event. The full list consists of twelve acts in total.
