SHE’S Shows Their Ugly Side With Latest Music Video!

To celebrate the release of their new album Tragicomedy, four-member rock band SHE’S released the music video for their track, “Ugly”, on their YouTube channel. Released this past week, the album will be the latest physical release from the band since Tricolor EP back in December of last year and will be their fourth album overall. Directed by Hidenobu Tanabe, the music video guest stars actress Risa Oda and shows off the unlighted path of fame in a colorfully twisted way. 

The album was released with thirteen tracks total and dropped with three editions: a CD-only standard edition and two limited editions. One limited is a CD-only edition and the other a CD+DVD edition. The CD-only limited edition includes a special bracelet while the DVD edition features footage from SHE’S’s Sinfonia Chronicle #2 concert that took place at Tokyo’s Nakano Sun Plaza back in December of last year.

Marie Ueda Breaks Hearts In New Album

Singer-songwriter Marie Ueda revealed she will be releasing a brand new album titled HEARTBREAKER August 26. The new album will be her first album in almost four years. Also on August 26 she will be releasing the live recording of her one night only concert at Zepp Diver City from last November which was part of her five year anniversary; it will be titled Palpable! Marble! Live!. 

HEARTBREAKER is being released in two editions: a standard CD-only edition and a limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD and photobook. The CD will contain a total of seventeen tracks while the DVD will feature music videos and making-of videos.

Palpable! Marble! Live! is being released in a single Blu-ray edition which will not only contain the concert but will also include a behind-the-scenes documentary. Pre-orders are up for both releases and will be posted below along with the track listing for the two of them as well. Lastly, Ueda’s latest song “Stranger”, which is on the upcoming album, is available to be listened to.

The Girls of Class C Show How Much They Love Each Other With Upcoming Single!

After the success of their first debut  single “君のことをまだ何にも知らない” (“Kimi no Koto wo Mada Nani ni mo Shiranai”), the thirteen-member idol group Seishun Koukou San Nen C Gumi divulged more information about their upcoming second single “好きです” (“Suki desu”). Dropping July 29, the single will drop with four editions lovingly called Types A-D and will feature Sabina Tonchiki, Medina Hibino, Yuna Mochida, and Ruka Nishimura on the cover of each edition. The single will feature a three-track total with the third as a different coupling song exclusive to each edition.

PK shampoo Brings Fans Across the River Once Again With Latest Mini-album!

Four-member rock band PK shampoo announced that they released a brand new mini-album Kanzakigawa E.P +2 on all music streaming services this past week. This was the latest release by the band since their single “新世界望遠圧縮” (“Shinsekai Boen Asshuku”) back in April and their second mini-album overall. The album dropped with seven tracks total and includes hit tracks “星” (“Hoshi”), “京都線” (“Kyoto-Sen”), and “神崎川” (“Kanzaki Gawa”), all of which had their music videos released several weeks prior. Offical HIGE DANdism Says Hello In New EP

Rock band Official HIGE DANdism announced they will be releasing their fourth EP, titled Hello EP, which is set to drop August 5. On the new EP there will be “HELLO”, which is being used in the ad campaign for the soft drink Calpis which is put out by Asahi. The second track for Hello EP, “パラボラ” (“Parabola”), is being used in the commercials for the upcoming movie コンフィデンスマンJP プリンセス編 (Konfidensuman JP purinsesu-hen) which will drop in theaters July 23. Hello EP will also contain the songs “Laughter” and “Natsu moyō no neko” which are songs that the band made before their major debut. 

Hello EP is being released in two editions total including a standard CD-only edition and a CD plus DVD edition. The CD will feature a total of four tracks and the DVD will feature ten songs from the live performance as part of their 2020 tour. The performance in question is of their Official HIGE DANdism 19/20 -Hall Travelers- at Pacifico Yokohama on February 10, 2020. Pre-orders are posted below along with the full track listing.
