The FANTASTICS Have A Darling New Single

Boy group The FANTASTICS from Exile TRIBE have announced a brand-new single titled “Hey, darlin'” and is set to drop on April 1. “Hey, darlin'” will be The FANTASTICS’ fifth single overall. “Hey, darlin'” is looking to be a more adult song focusing on the “beginnings of love” and will incorporate some R&B into the mix. The release will have a total of three brand-new tracks with the other two being “The Only One” and “OVERFLOW”. “Hey, darlin” is being released in two editions total, a CD-only standard edition and a limited edition that will come with a bonus DVD.  Pre-orders are available and are posted below along with the complete track-listing.

Dream Ami Marries Her Prince Charming!

Japanese pop vocalist and former E-girls and Dream member Dream Ami (Nakashima Ami) shared the lovely news that she has married her prince charming, Handa Yuto on February 22nd! Handa Yuto and Dream Ami have been dating for three years and met through mutual friends back in 2017. Handa Yuto is an artictect and designer, he is more known for his appearance on the popular television reality show, Terrace House: Boys & Girls in the City from 2015-2016 where he garnished the nickname “Mr. Perfect”. Dream Ami gave her thanks to all of her fans, family, and supporters about how happy she is to find her ideal man.

Flower Flower's New Album Is On Target

Rock group Flower Flower has announced they will be releasing a brand-new album titled Target and is set to drop on March 14. Target is going to be the first album that the band has released in two years. Ahead of the new album, Flower Flower also dropped a new music video for their song “Yume” to help promote Target. The album is being released in two editions, a standard CD-only edition, and a limited edition that will come with a bonus Blu-ray. Pre-orders are up and are posted below along with the video for “Yume” so you can check it out for yourself.

Music Corner Week 39: IVVY

IVVY is a five-member dance and vocal unit that formed in September of 2015. The group consists of HIROTO, YU-TA, TOSHIKI, KENTO.i, and TAIYU. HIROTO is the leader and provides vocals and raps. YU-TA is one of the vocalists and has had an interest in music from an early age. TOSHIKI is the oldest member and is also a vocalist. KENTO.i is the rapper and as of October 2015 is the last member to join. Lastly, TAIYU is the youngest member and is the prolific dancer and singer. 

IVVY, in their small-time on the music scene, offers a pretty impressive range of songs with some awesome dance numbers, a stunning ballad, and some pretty solid pop singles. One of their stand out songs is “Too Late” which offers an impressive showcase of their amazing vocal skills and KENTO.i’s rap break is the icing on the cake. The harmonization skills are really good, offering a wonderful delight for the listener. My personal favorite song is their latest single “Alice”; a wonderful pop single with an amazing melody and great vocal work. Also, the rap break has a great cadence to it. 

IVVY released their first single titled “Baby I’m Back” on October 17 of 2017 under the IVY record label with hit number two on its first day on the Oricon charts. They would then move over to the Victor Entertainment record label to release their single “First & Last” on December 19, 2018. The other single that they have released is “Light on fire”, followed by two digital singles “With You” and “Alice”. IVVY has a new single titled “WINK” and is set to drop on March 25th. ZON Announces Ninth Single

Visual Kei band ZON announced they will be releasing a brand new single titled “Nega to Poji” which is set to be released April 22. “Nega to Poji’ will be the band’s ninth single overall and also the band’s first release in 2020. It will feature two tracks total and will come in only one edition and is already available for pre-order here.
