Kitri brings joy to fans with announcement of first album!

Off the heels of their latest single “さよなら、涙目“ (“Sayonara, Namidame”), piano vocal unit Kitri announced with soothing fanfare that they will be releasing their first album, Kitrist, January 29. Not much is known about the album except that it will include popular tracks “羅針鳥” (“Rashin Dori”), “矛盾律” (“Mujunritsu”), and recently released single “Sayonara, Namidame”, rounding it out to eleven tracks total. It will also be released with a CD-only standard edition and a vinyl limited edition. Kitri commented, “We look forward to all of the fans who have been with us up to this important step in our careers and we hope that the songs on this album are able to touch everyone’s hearts.” Check out the music video for their track “Mujuritsu” and pre-order both editions of Kitrist in the links below!

Mirei Touyama shows us her Playlist with latest EP

Japanese R&B pop vocalist and songwriter Mirei Touyama dropped her latest EP entitled PLAYLIST October 30. This is Mirei’s second EP and latest release since her album ANSWER which was released in August of last year. PLAYLIST has five full length tracks and comes in two editions, a CD-only standard edition and a CD + DVD limited edition, the latter of which containing the music videos for her latest songs “Daikirai Feat. ATEEZ set to debut in Japan

Korean boy group ATEEZ is officially set to make their debut in Japan and it’s right around the corner. ATEEZ’s debut album is called TREASURE EP. EXTRA: Shift The Map and will come out December 4. ATEEZ made their debut in Korea last year in October and has been well received there with their debut album hitting number one on the Korean charts. They also peaked at number seven on the U. S. Billboard charts. TREASURE EP. EXTRA: Shift The Map is being released in two editions total, a standard CD-only edition called Type Z and a CD + DVD edition called Type A. On the CD there will be the Japanese versions of “AURORA” along with “Utopia” and there will be a total of eleven tracks. The bonus DVD will feature the Japanese version of the group’s song “Utopia” and a teaser has already been released on Columbia Music JP’s YouTube page. Aika Kobayashi heads to new factory with major debut single!

Popular voice actress-turned-vocalist Aika Kobayashi announced that she will be teaming up with label TOY FACTORY and will be releasing her major label single “NO LIFE CODE” sometime next year. Kobayashi is more popularly known as Yoshiko Tsushima from multimedia franchise Love Live! Sunshine!!. This will be Kobayashi’s second single overall. The news of her major debut was met with thunderous applause from Kobayashi’s fan meeting which took place this past week. The single will be handled by TOY FACORY’s production team Q-MHz’s Tomokazu Tashiro who also appeared at the event, promising an upbeat guitar heavy tune to complement Kobayashi’s stunning vocals. As there is no real release date right now, we shall update you guys when more information is readily available!
