Brian the Sun announces mini world tour!

Four-member rock band Brian the Sun announced that they will be holding a small world tour simply coined 「Brian the Sun World Tour 2019『MEME』-Texas, Tokyo, Osaka-」 in which Brian the Sun will be making their debut at the anime convention A-Kon from June 27-30 in the lone star state of Dallas, Texas. Interesting enough, the Tokyo and Osaka leg of this tour will take place two months later August 18 and 29, respectively, with the band’s recently released album MEME serving as the backbone of the tour.

heidi. announces new single to celebrate monumental anniversary!

To commemorate their thirteenth anniversary, four-member visual kei rock band heidi. announced a brand new single, “HALATION”, June 3. “HALATION” will be the latest release from the band since their album Que Sera Sera back in June of last year.

The single will drop with three tracks total and will only have a CD-only standard edition. Along with the announcement of “HALATION” heidi. also dropped the music video for said single.

And to celebrate their monumental anniversary, heidi. announced they will be holding three lives simply titled heidi. 13th Anniversary Live, which will run from June 3-7 (details at right).

Hinatazaka46 rings in summer with new single!

After the success of their popular song “Kyun“, idol group Hinatazaka46 announced that they will release a brand new single, “Doremisorashido”, July 17. This will be the second single release under the re-branded Hinatazaka46.

Not much info has been released about the single except the fact that, as with previously released singles in the 46 and 48 idol family, it will drop with four different editions: a CD-only standard edition and three CD + Blu-ray limited editions simply titled Types A, B, and C.

CyberJapan Dancers would like to stay in bikinis forever!

Music unit CyberJapan Dancers announced they will be dropping their very first album July 17 and revealed its name: Bikini Forever. Unsurprisingly, the unit is a twenty-three member group of girls who enjoy performing in summer beachwear.

While the details on the tracks have yet to be revealed, we know that Bikini Forever will be released in two different editions. The standard edition will be CD-only while the limited edition will include both a CD and DVD. You can pre-order your copy below.

lol announces tenth single!

Via tweet, Music Corner alumnus lol announced their tenth single which will be due out July 31. Currently not much is known about the single other than the information that it will be featuring a total of six tracks, three of which to be standard tracks and the last three instrumental versions of the first three tracks. The second song, “like that!!”, is being used as the opening theme for the romance drama series 「カカフカカ」(Ka Ka Fu Ka Ka) while the third is titled “bring back”, which is also being used as an opening theme, in this case for a new kids’ series titled「ポチっと発明　ピカちんキット」(Pochittohatsumei Pikasankitto).

The new single will be released in two editions: a standard edition that will be CD-only and a limited edition which will include a CD and DVD. You can pre-order your copy of the upcoming single below along with the track listing.
