After ten years apart, four-member band ELLEGARDEN surprisingly announced today that they will be reuniting for a brand new live tour, THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN TOUR 2018. However, the tour will be brief, spanning only three venues. We are very excited to see them back and can't wait for more from them!

Rap-rock hybrid band SABANNAMAN announced a brand new album called ADVENTURE, which will be released on July 4th. It will have twelve tracks overall. Also announced was a live tour called SABANNAMAN ADVENTURE TOUR which will start on July 24th and last until August 19th.

Rapper Awich plans to re-release her latest album, 8; however, this time it will be released on a 2-disk LP (vinyl). 8, which was produced by Chaki Zulu, was released in August of 2017. This re-release will have all seventeen songs and feature guest artists such as ANARCHY, YOUNG JUJU, and kZm. All of them re-recorded songs that they guested on in the initial release of 8.

Three-member band Kasa, formed in August of 2017, expresses singer and songwriter Rui Ogawa’s intention of writing lyrics that uplift listeners. While she brings a warm sound to her voice, she wants to harmonize with a nostalgic melody which the band provides. This is very evident in their song “22”, which features a melody that one can drift away to.
Currently, Kasa has only one single released titled "Prism/AM5:00", with another planned for June. You can follow them on Twitter and check out their site here

May J, host of J-Mello, announced today a brand new cover album called Cinema Song Covers. This is her fourth set in cover albums with her previous album being Sweet Song Covers released two years prior. As her album's name implies, May J. will be covering various film songs and will release this work in July.
