May J. Brings A New Lining With Upcoming Album!

Vocalist May J. announced that she will be releasing a brand new album, Silver Lining, December 8. This will be the latest original album release since Futuristic back in October of 2017 and will be the dovetail to her debut anniversary. This work contains a total of ten songs, including "Rebellious," "Can't Breathe," "DRAMA QUEEN," and "Love & Hate”, which were released digitally over the last four consecutive months from May. The album will also drop with a CD-only standard edition and limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD. The DVD will include various music videos.

the peggies Brings Fans to the Garden With Upcoming Release!

Three-member female rock band the peggies announced that they will be releasing a brand new album, The GARDEN, October 20. This will be their latest album since Hell Like Heaven back in February of 2019 and will be their second major album overall. The CD contains ten songs, including several TV anime theme songs the group performed such as "Centimeter", "Stand by Me", and "Footprints", along with “Dramatic", "Hello Sugar", and "Sputnik (2021)". "Sputnik" was originally released by the peggies in 2016 before their major debut and was called a “phantom song” by fans, as it was difficult to obtain when first released. The album will come with a CD-only standard edition and a limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD. The DVD will feature their SOUND BASE Vol.2 online live—which took place back in June—along with five music videos.

Koda Kumi Brings Her Best With Upcoming Album!

Icon Koda Kumi announced that she will be releasing an “All Time Best Of” album on December 6. This will be used to bookend her twentieth year anniversary since her debut, and fans of Koda know the December 6 release date holds a special meaning, as it’s her debut date as well. This work will be available in three editions: a regular edition, a mu-mo shop edition, and a fan club limited edition. The regular edition comes with a DVD on a 3-CD set containing many singles released by Koda. The mu-mo shop and fan club limited editions come with a 3-disc Blu-ray on an 8-CD set which covers single songs such as the debut songs "TAKE BACK", "you", and "Ai no Uta". Details of the songs will be announced later. In addition, the official fan club site was accepting reservations for a limited edition with a plate featuring the purchaser's name until 23:59 on September 30.

Jin Ogasawara Shifts Into TURBO With Upcoming Release!

Voice actor-turned-vocalist Jin Ogasawara announced that he will be releasing a brand new single, “TURBO”, December 15. This will be his first physical CD release and it will come with four tracks. The work will include his prior two digital releases, “Only one thing” and “Guns&Loudness”. “TURBO” was provided by Yusuke Saeki, with Ogasawara also participating in the lyrics writing. The single will also come with two editions: a CD-only standard edition and a limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD. The DVD will feature the music videos for “TURBO” and “Only one thing” along with a making-of for “TURBO” as well.

Yuki Kajiura's Led Fena: Pirate Princess Orignal Soundtrack will Release December 8!

Fena: Pirate Princess

Fena: Pirate Princess is an 18th-century tale of pirates, princesses, and samurai produced by Production I.G, one of Japan’s foremost animation studios, and directed by Kazuto Nakazawa, who is known for his original anime film B: The Beginning and the animated parts of Kill Bill: Vol. 1. The Fena: Pirate Princess original soundtrack will be going on sale on December 8.

This soundtrack was produced by Yuki Kajiura, who has worked on the music of numerous anime including Tsubasa Chronicles and Sword Art Online and who produced “Homura”, the award-winning theme song of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train. It will include approx. 40 tracks and feature a cover illustration by Kazuto Nakazawa.
