No Buses Springs Back With Upcoming Album!

Five-member rock band No Buses announced that they will be releasing a brand new album, No Buses, June 23. This will be the latest album release by the band since Boys Loved Her back in September 2019 and will be their second album overall. Set for release with 12 tracks total, the self-titled album holds an introverted, accidental, and experimental arrangement of the current feeling of living in Japan in an era of individuality and diversity, and its sound is studded with the influence of domestic music. Currently not much additional information is available at the time of reporting except that it will drop with a CD-only standard edition.

CREAM Gets "Lovey Dovey" In Latest Release!

Hip-hop and R&B duo CREAM released their latest digital single, “lovey dovey”, on May 21. It is available across all digital platforms! A short version of the music video premiered on YouTube on May 17. “lovey dovey” is CREAM’s latest release since their digital single “Independence Day, Vol. 1 - Single” which dropped in December of last year. “lovey dovey” was written and composed by CREAM and produced by T’Z BEATZ (aka Staxx-T). The track is a chill R&B/hip-hop flavored one that showcases what CREAM does best: fun lyrics, Minami’s smooth vocals, and Staxx-T’s perfect cadence that makes for a great summer jam. To Celebrate Third Anniversary, King & Prince Announce Varied Social Media Presence!

To celebrate the third year anniversary of their debut single “Cinderella Girl”, popular five-member Johnny’s male idol group King & Prince announced that they will be branching out via social media by having an official Youtube channel, Twitter, and Instagram account. This is the second Johnny’s Entertainment group to feature a full social media presence since their older brother group ARASHI two years prior. In commemoration of this, their YouTube channel dropped a YouTube edit version of a released single’s music video everyday until May 30. They got the ball rolling by dropping the music video for their debut single "Cinderella Girl”. King & Prince also performed via Instagram on May 30 (Sunday).

ZIGZO Comes Back to Go Across the Horizon With Upcoming Album!

Long-lasting four-member rock super band ZIGZO announced that they will be releasing a brand new album, across the horizon, June 20. This will be the latest album release by the band since FOREVER YOUNG back in July 2014 and will be their fifth album overall. It is set for release with eleven tracks and a CD-only standard edition. All the songs included in this work are new songs written in 2021 and keyboardist Toru Yoshida, who has supported ZIGZO for many years, is fully participating in the recording. The mix was done by bassist Hiroyuki Onishi and drummer Yasunori Sakurazawa, with mastering by Miya of MUCC.

SEKAI NO OWARI Brings the Heart with Latest Music Video!

To hype up the release of their upcoming album, four-member pop rock band SEKAI NO OWARI released the music video for the song “Heart Man” on YouTube. Set to be a part their upcoming album scent of memory that will drop on July 7th, the track is currently being used as the theme song for Fuji TV’s News Program めざまし8 (Mezamashi8). The music video is directed by Dai Ikeda, who had previously worked with the band on the music video for "umbrella" and "silent". The pictures were taken at the aquarium, arcade, and Chinese restaurant that SEKAI NO OWARI members are accustomed to, and the natural facial expressions and gestures of the members are elegantly captured.
