CUBERS Dances to their New Style of Life with Latest Dance Video!

To hype up the release of their upcoming mini-album, five-member boy idol group CUBERS released the dance video for their track “あたらしい生活” (“Atarashii Seikatsu”). A part of the group’s mini-album Atarashii Seiakatsu that will release on May 12, this will be the latest release done by the boys since the single “PINKY RING” back in November and will be first major label mini-album since signing with King Records back in 2019. Unlike the regular music video that has already been released back in March, this time around is a "Dance ver.", with the members dancing on the roof of an urban building. In addition, it was announced that the title of member 9Taro's solo song is titled "相合傘" (“Aiaigasa”) and will be a love song. 

The mini-album will only drop with a CD-only standard edition and will come with only five tracks. As we look forward to the upcoming release, be sure to check out the dance video in question along with pre-order links for the mini-album below!

V6 Brings Fans on a Magical Ride with Upcoming Single!

Popular six-member Johnny’s boy group V6 announced that they will be releasing a brand new double-A side single “僕らは まだ (“Bokura ha Mada”)/ MAGIC CARPET RIDE” on June 2nd. This will be the latest release done by the group since “It’s my life/ PINEAPPLE” back in September of last year and will be their 53rd single overall. "Bokura ha Mada" is set to be the theme song of the drama "Tokuso 9 season 4" starring member Yoshihiko Inohara, and is currently being broadcast on TV Asahi. In "MAGIC CARPET RIDE", songwriter Asako Toki wrote the lyrics for their previous work "PINEAPPLE".

The single will be released with two tracks and comes in three editions: a CD-only standard edition and two limited editions which will come with a bonus DVD that are lovingly called Type A and B. Type’s A DVD will feature the music video for “Bokura ha Mada” along with a behind-the-scenes featurette, with Type B including a special movie. The standard edition will include two bonus tracks along with an instrumental tracks for every song as well.

Cornelius Bring Fans Forbidden Apple with Latest Release!

“Forbidden Apple” Digital Jacket Cover

Vocalist Keigo Oyamada’s solo project Cornelius announced that they will be releasing a brand new track, “Forbidden Apple”, across all music streaming platforms. This will be the latest release by the vocalist since the single "サウナ好きすぎ"(“Sauna Sukisugi”) back in July 2019 and will be his first release of 2021. The track was “mixed by Toru Takayama and is compatible with Sony's 360 stereophonic technology and 360 Reality Audio (Japanese only)”. To hype up the release even more, Cornelius dropped the lyric video for the track on his YouTube channel.

ENHYPEN Hypes Up the Carnival With Upcoming Preview!

To hype up their newest Japanese mini-album BORDER : CARNIVAL, up-and-coming seven-member Korean boy group ENHYPEN released a preview movie for the album on their YouTube channel. Dropped April 26, BORDER : CARNIVAL was the latest release by the group since the mini-album BORDER : DAY ONE and their second release overall. In this video you can listen to the songs recorded in BORDER: CARNIVAL as a digest. You can also check the credits for each song. Let's taste the songs of BORDER: CARNIVAL in this video along with the behind-the-scenes videos featuring photos and videos taken with the three concepts of “HYPE, UP, and DOWN”. The mini-album will come with six tracks total via a CD-only standard edition.

NakamuraEmi Brings More Work to Be Done With Three Months of Consecutive Releases!

“Watashi no Shigoto” Digital Jacket Cover

Vocalist NakamuraEmi announced that she will be releasing a brand new track, “私の仕事” (“Watashi no Shigoto”), across all digital music streaming platforms. This will be the latest release since her album NIPPONNO ONNAWO UTAU BEST2 back in February of last year and is her first release of 2021. “Watashi no Shigoto” is going to be the Part One of a three-consecutive-months of releases, with Part Two scheduled for May 21 and Part Three on June 18. Nakamura looks to kick it off in her own unique fashion, as “Watashi no Shigoto” is a ballad song featuring strings composed by fifteen support artists.

To commemorate the release of this song a share campaign started on Apple Music, Spotify, and LINE MUSIC. Five of the people who participated in the campaign will win a "lyrics card with your name on it, handwritten by NakamuraEmi (Japan only)”.
