So Matsushima of Sexy Zone announced he will be resuming activities as soon as possible. Matsushima stopped working with the group back in November 2018 when he was diagnosed with sudden panic disorder. Over the course of his treatment he expressed his desire to continue working with the group. We here at OTY wish him the best of luck.
Japanese and American electro-pop duo The Lethal Weapons announced that they will be releasing a brand new single “特攻！成人式” (“Tokko! Seijinshiki”) on September 30th. This will be the latest single done by the duo since “Half Price Time Sale” back in August and will be their second single overall. As the title implies, the theme of the song is based on the Japanese Seijinshiki (Coming of Age Ceremony) albeit with a splash of 80’s style that the duo is known for. The single will release with two tracks total and will drop with two editions, a standard edition and a limited edition, both of which are CD-only. However, in vintage style the limited edition will be released on a mini-disk.

Popular nine-member boy group Snow Man released a preview for the track “KISSIN’ MY LIPS” on their YouTube channel. Part of their next double A-Side single KISSIN' MY LIPS / Stories releasing on October 7th, this will be their second single overall. Flaunting a more sexy and mature theme, the music video carries a cool an erotic dance performance.
Releasing with only the A-Side tracks, the highly anticipated release will drop with three editions, a CD-only standard edition, and two CD+DVD limited editions simply called Type A and B. Type A will include the music videos for both tracks along with the dance video for “Stories” and Type B features two variety shows featuring the group. Not to be outdone by the limited editions, the standard edition will include three additional tracks along with the instrumentals for the A-Sides totaling to seven tracks.

Three-member rock band Saucy Dog released more information about their upcoming mini-album Take Me after releasing a trailer on their YouTube channel. Available on September 2nd, this will be the latest mini-album released done by the band since Blue Billiard back in October of last year and will be their fourth overall. Releasing with seven tracks total, it will include previously released tracks “結” (“Yui”), and “Seagrass” and will drop with only a CD-only standard edition. While a few of the tracks are released across all digital music streaming platforms the physical release will include a bonus eighth track.

Building up hype for their upcoming album, six-member boy group COLOR CREATION released the music video for their track, “なんで なんで” (“Nande Nande”) on their YouTube channel. Set to release with their album SECOND PALETTE on September 23rd, the music video brings the best out of the group with a strong and emotional ballad that is unrivaled.
As previously reported, the album will release in a stunning eight editions total. There will be two standard editions which will be CD-only, five color editions which will also be CD-only, and lastly, there will be a limited edition that will come with a bonus DVD. The regular editions will be released in Type A and Type B formats while the color editions will be available in Blue, Black, Red, Yellow, and Green and be slightly more expensive than the standard editions.
