Yui Makino Found Her Prince Charming!

Popular Japanese seiyuu and vocalist, Yui Makino announced her marriage to fellow actor and singer Yutarou Miura on Friday, June 12th. Makino-san and Miura-san met on the regular radio program that Miura-san hosts. Makino-san commented on the marriage that she hopes they will be able to combine their lives together to build a cheerful family on their own path and asks for everyone to watch over them. Let’s congratulate Yui Makino and Yutarou Miura on their marriage as we wish them a lifetime of love and happiness.

Makino-san made her debut as a seiyuu in 2005 as Sakura on the popular CLAMP anime series Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle. She also did the insert songs in the anime as well. That same year she got another big role in the anime “Welcome to the NHK” (NHK ni Youkoso). Makino-san has had a strong career as a seiyuu and as a vocalist along with many albums under her belt. Miura-san began his career as a singer in the band Peaky SALT in 2008 and went solo in 2011. He has acted in many television shows and is the son of popular vocalist Momoe Yamaguchi and actor Tomokazu Miura.

TENDRE Rolls Out his HOPE for 2020 with Upcoming Releases

In celebration of the release of this latest track “HOPE”, Music Corner alum TENDRE released the music video for the said track on his YouTube channel. Dropping across all digital music streaming platforms, this is the latest release done by the artist since his track “LIFE” back in April and is his second release in 2020. The music video is stylishly illustrated by director Sayuri Nishikubo and offers a slower composition than previously released tracks. The single wasn’t the only announcement that TENDRE talked about, as he will also be releasing a second album in August with further details coming at a later date.

Roselia Shows Off their Choice with Upcoming Preview!

Bushiroad’s multimedia project “BanG Dream!” released the preview for their band Roselia’s upcoming new album. The album will be titled ‘Wahl’ and will be released on July 15th. This will be the band’s second album and will be the latest release done by the band since ‘BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Cover Collection Vol. 4’ from back in May. The preview gives a small clip of the upcoming album along with the first look at new tracks “Avant-grade HISTORY”, “Break your desire” and “UNIONS” Road” along with the album’s stunning new artwork. As previously reported, ‘Wahl’ will be released in two editions; a standard CD-only edition and a CD+Blu-ray Limited Edition. Both editions will come with twelve tracks total and the Blu-ray will include footage of their live solo “Flamme/ Wasser”, which took place at FujiQ Highland back in August of last year (which Ken went to!) along with a 52-page photo book.

Kana Hanasawa Announces Her Marriage to Fellow Voice Actor!

Popular voice actress/vocalist Kana Hanasawa announced that she got married to fellow voice actor Kensho Ono this past week! The announcement comes from both Hanasawa and Ono’s SNS accounts and thanked all their fans and friends that supported them up to this point. Hanazawa commented that she had found a person that despite her troublesome personality encourages her even further and become a person that makes life more enjoyable at any given moment. Ono commented on his wife saying she is a person that is devoted to her work and is always a cheerful and respectable person.

AI Celebrates 20th Anniversary With First Mini Album!

Industry veteran and famous R&B, Hip-hop vocalist, AI is commemorating 20 years in the music industry with her first mini album It’s All Me, which is available now! It’s All Me - Vol 1 is AI’s first mini album despite the popular vocalist getting her start with a major label in the industry in 2000 with BGM records.
