ARGONAVIS Show Fans the Starry Line With Upcoming Album!

The male version of the popular Bushiroad franchise BanG Dream!, ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream!, announced that it’s first band ARGONAVIS will be releasing their first album Starry Line August 12. The album will drop with ten tracks and include hit songs “星がはじまる” (“Hoshi ga Hajimaru”) and “Starry Line”, the latter of which written by Tomoyasu Tabuchi of UNION SQUARE GARDEN fame along with Kou Nakamura. Tabuchi will also be handling the composition as well teaming up with Shuhei Yanagidate and commented that “it will hold a pop melody that will be a delight for all fans.”

Starry Line will be released with two editions: a standard CD-only edition and a CD + Blu-ray limited edition. The Blu-ray will include footage from their second live, VOICE -星空の下の約束- (Hoshizora no Shita no Yakusoku), which took place in December of last year.

ANGERME Takes A Look In The Mirror In New Single

Girl idol group ANGERME announced they will be dropping a new double-A side single titled “Kagiriaru Moment / Mirror Mirror” which is set to drop August 26. The announcement came as a surprise after the main part of a live video which premiered on June 12. The video itself is only available if you live in Japan. The new song will feature eight of the nine members since Oota Haruka is still on hiatus.

“Kagiriaru Moment / Mirror Mirror” is being released in five editions total. Two editions will be CD-only editions and three editions will be released with a CD + DVD. The CD-only editions will be standard type A and type B while the CD + DVD editions will be limited edition type A, type B, and type SP. The DVD for the limited edition type A will feature the music video for “Kagiriaru Moment” while the type B will have the music video for “Mirror Mirror”. The limited edition type SP will feature dance videos for both songs. Pre-orders are up and posted below along with the group’s song “Zenzen Okiagarenai SUNDAY” which was on their last single.

Attractions Put the Pressure on the Other Side With Upcoming Release!

Popular four-member Brit rock band Attractions announced that they will be releasing a brand new single, “Blood Pressure”, across all digital music streaming platforms on June 24. This will be the latest release by the band since “Chain Reaction” back in April and will be their second digital single of 2020. To garner more attention from their fanbase the band announced that this will be their first track fully sung in Japanese and hopes that fans will like the change of pace that they take for the upcoming release. NGT48 Has Pink Sherbet In Upcoming Single

The last time anyone saw the AKB48 sister group NGT48 was when they released their fourth single titled “Seikai No Hito He” on October 3, 2018. We now, after a year and nine months, finally know what the fifth single for NGT48 is going to be. The new single will be titled “Sherbet Pink” and is set to be released July 22. “Sherbet Pink” was announced on SHOWROOM and will have all thirty members participating in the new song.

“Sherbet Pink” is being released in three editions total: a type-A edition and type-B edition which will both be CD with DVD and a third edition which will be a limited edition only available through the AKB48 group shop. Pre-orders are up for types A and B, which you can check out below along with their last single “Seikai No Hito He”.

BUCK-TICK Brings in the MOONLIGHT With Upcoming Single!

Five-member rock band BUCK-TICK announced that they will be releasing a brand new single, “MOONLIGHT ESCAPE”, August 26. This will be the latest single released by the band since “堕天使” (“Datenshi”) back in January and will be their thirty-ninth single overall. Vocalist Atsushi Sakurai will be handling the lyrics with lead guitarist Hisashi Imai in charge of the composition. The single will be released with two tracks and drop via three editions: a CD-only standard edition and CD + DVD/Blu-ray limited editions, both which will include the music video for “MOONLIGHT ESCAPE”.
