Kaori Ishihara Brings in the Summer Rains with Upcoming Release!

Popular voice actress-turned-vocalist Kaori Ishihara announced that she will be releasing a brand new album, Water Drop on August 5th. This is the latest music released by Ishihara since her single “Face to Face” dropped back in November of last year and will be her second album overall. Not much is known about the album except that it will be released with eleven tracks total and three editions will be made available; a CD-only standard edition, and a CD+Blu-ray / DVD limited edition. The Blu-ray/DVD will include music videos for several tracks on the album, with a making-of feature for the song “SUMMER DROP” also included.

The Winds Of Spring Blow In New Zookaraderu Video

Three-member rock band Zookaraderu have released a brand-new music video for their song “Harukaze”. “Harukaze” was on the band’s last album which dropped in July of last year. This beautiful video depicts flowers and grass blowing with the wind in a field and a very early morning cityscape where the streets are relatively empty. Asura Announces Third Album

Japanese metal band Asura announced they will be releasing their third album, titled A.M.S.S.P.A., May 22. The new album will drop two years after the group released their last album, ETERNAL. 

A.M.S.S.P.A. is being released in one edition only which will be CD-only. Eleven tracks will be on the CD (full track listing below). Asura also posted an eight-minute video on their official YouTube channel for fans to get a preview of each song on the upcoming album. Nana Mizuki Premiers Live Park Tour on YouTube!

Japanese seiyuu, vocalist and industry veteran Nana Mizuki is set to premier Live Park 2016, a concert that took place September 2016 and was held at the Hanshin Koshien Stadium. The concert will be shown for the first time on YouTube May 31st at 19:00 JST (7pm JST). As a special bonus, a before and after interview along with making of footage will also be shown so make sure you check out the whole program. Once the program starts, there will be a live chat where fans will be able to comment and connect while enjoying the concert. Included are some of Nana-chan’s biggest hits such as “ETERNAL BLAZE (Basilisk)”, “MASSIVE WONDERS (Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS” and tracks from the album NEOGENE CREATION (2016). This live special was released on Blu-ray and DVD back in 2017 and is still available on Blu-ray and DVD for those who can help support Nana-chan! WEAKEND WALKER Announces First Physical Release for Upcoming EP!

Three-member band WEAKEND WALKER announced that they will be releasing a brand new EP, 黒点 (Kokuten), July 15. This will be the latest release by the band since their single “DREAM EATER” back in January and will be their first physical release. The EP will drop with five tracks along with instrumentals and will exclusively be sold via Tower Records Japan. WEAKEND WALKER also released the music video for lead track “Kokuten” on their official YouTube channel.

The band also announced that they will be holding a release event live at Tokyo’s Veats Shibuya on September 19. Live tickets will be made available via a purchase of the EP.
