TWICE Brings in the Fanfare With Upcoming Single!

Nine-member K-pop sensation TWICE announced that they will release a brand new single, “Fanfare”, July 8. The announcement came via a YouTube video where they not only announced the single but advised everyone to stay healthy and safe from the virus. This is the latest release by the group since the repacking of their album &TWICE back in February and their sixth Japanese single overall. 

Not much else is known about the single except that it will be available in three editions including a CD-only standard edition and two CD + DVD limited editions simply called Type-A and Type-B. Unfortunately there are no pre-order links at this time but check out the announcement video below!

Chiai Fujikawa Drops Music Video For Latest Album

Music Corner alumnus Chiai Fujikawa released a brand new music video for her latest album which came out on April 8 titled Ai wa Headphones Kara. The video is for her song “Tokyo” which is the album’s lead track. In the video, one can find Fujikawa singing atop a building in Tokyo at night with Tokyo Tower in the background. The film then cuts to her singing in the backseat of a car going down the city street, then to her atop a taxi in a green room. Ai wa Headphones Kara was released in two editions, a standard CD-only and a limited edition which came with a bonus DVD. Order links are below, along with the full track listing. yonawo Brings Happiness to Fans With Latest Music Video!

Four-member rock band yonawo released the music video for their track “しあわせ” (“Shiawase”) on their official YouTube channel. Previously released with their first major label mini-album Lobster back in April, the track takes a more relaxed melody, making this a perfect track to end the day with. The music video features footage of the members doing various things at home with clips of fans sprinkled throughout, along with a drawn animation done by drummer Takafumi Nomoto mixed in as well. 

The mini-album released with six tracks and only a CD-only standard edition. Check out the music video in question along with the order link for Lobster below!

See-Saw Is On The Scene With Their Complete Best!

Famous Japanese pop duo and industry veterans See-Saw, made up of composer and keyboardist Yuki Kajiura and vocalist Chiaki Ishikawa, announced their best album See-Saw Complete BEST『See-Saw-Scene』 which will be released June 10! See-Saw formed in 1993 and has released 11 singles, 3 studio albums, and one best album throughout their career. In 2005 they went on hiatus and resumed their activities just last year in 2019. See-Saw Complete BEST『See-Saw-Scene』will be their second best album overall and will serve as a way to kick off their revived activities; they bring a special best album which includes their famous works along with a special bonus track, “Atarashi Yokan -Only at JUSCO-”, which was a BGM track written and composed by Yuki Kajiura. It has never been on CD until now.

See-Saw Complete BEST『See-Saw-Scene』 will come in one edition which is a 3-disc CD set with 36 tracks in total. It will include their famous songs “Anna ni Issho datta no ni” from Gundam SEED, “Emerald Green” from .hack//sign Legend of the Twilight, “Obession” and “Yasashii Yoake” from .hack//sign, “indio” from NOIR, and “Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru” from Gundam SEED Destiny, to name just several. GOOD4NOTHING Promises Fans Someday Will Be Today With Latest Music Video!

Three-member punk rock band GOOD4NOTHING released the music video for their track “Someday” on their official YouTube channel. Originally released with their single “NEW STORY” back in November of last year and the eleventh single overall, the track explodes with their amazing compositions and meaningful message. The video didn’t feature the band as a whole so much; instead, fans’ inspirational photos, which keep the theme of the track: “I hope to come back to that special someone someday..”
