BALLISTIK BOYZ Announces Second Single

Popular boy group BALLISTIK BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE have announced their second single “ANTI-HERO’S”. Set to be released on February 12, “ANTI-HERO’S” will contain a message from the group about, “their way of life in pursuit of what they believe”. BALLISTIK BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE has also announced their first hall tour titled BALLISTIK BOYZ LIVE TOUR 2020 "BBZ" that will start in February. No official date has been announced yet. Lastly, “ANTI-HERO’S” will be released digitally on January 22. “ANTI-HERO’S” is being released in two editions, a standard edition that will be CD-only and a CD + DVD combo package. Perfume rejuvenates monstrous career with latest music video!

Three-member hybrid pop group Perfume released the music video for their track “再生” (“Saisei”) on their official YouTube channel. “Saisei” was the latest track by the trio since their best-of album P Cubed back in September of last year. Set as the main theme for highly anticipated mystery movie 屍人荘の殺人 (Shijinsou no Satsujin), “Saisei” kicked off Perfume’s fifteen-year major debut. Bathed in light amidst a mysterious forest, the trio pays homage to their past fifteen years by having every past music video spliced into “Saisei”, lip-syncing to this new track. Every Little Thing shows fans everything by making YouTube channel!

Popular pop rock duo Every Little Thing announced that, for the first time ever, they released all of their music videos on YouTube. Among the uploads are popular hits “Time goes by” and “fragile” along with debut hit “Feel My Heart” and several music videos from member Koori Mochida. There are currently 59 music videos available on the channel. Every Little Thing also grouped the music videos in several playlists for fans’ convenience, stating that they will be uploading new music videos from time to time and they told fans to look forward to all the latest tracks.

Nariaki Obukuro takes charge with latest music video!

Popular vocalist Nariaki Obukuro released the music video for his track “Gaia” on his official YouTube channel. “Gaia” serves as the outro for his new album Piercing. Dropped digitally on all popular music streaming services December 18, Piercing was his latest album since 分離派の夏 (Bunriha no Natsu) back in April of 2018.

Fitting the theme of “individual”, Obukuro touches on the feeling of loss with these twelve tracks which he both wrote and produced. Obukuro also teamed up with Japanese rappers Tohji and 5lack along with American artist Kenn Igbi on several tracks.

sumika rises to the high ground once again with latest music video!

To celebrate the release of their latest single, four-member rock band sumika unleashed the music video for their track “Higher Ground” on their official YouTube channel. Released this past week alongside “願い” (“Negai”) as a double A-side is their latest single since “Equal/Traveling” and it is their fourth double A-side single overall. The single exhibits the theme of rising up and heading towards the direction of the light with sumika boasting their one of-a-kind explosive energy. They once again prove just how talented they are while a just as impressive light show is also featured throughout the footage. As previously reported, “Higher Ground” was set to be the main theme song for upcoming superhero anime movie My Hero Academia THE MOVIE Hero’s: Rising which was released December 20.

Also previously reported, “Negai / Higher Ground” will be available in three editions total including a standard CD-only edition and two limited editions, Type A and Type B. Type A will include a bonus CD featuring a live concert rip of their Zepp Tokyo performance which took place back in October of last year. Type B, while only featuring one CD, will include cards which feature original illustrations of characters from the movie.
