Sayaka Yamamoto debuts the alpha for solo career!

Before the release of her upcoming single “追憶の光” (“Tsuioku no Hikari”), popular vocalist Sayaka Yamamoto finally divulged more info about her new album. Strategically titled α (Alpha) and scheduled for release December 25, this will be the first album since Yamamoto’s departure from NMB48. α represents a beginning; Yamamoto hopes to use this album as a means for a fresh start following her career as an idol.  Dropping with eleven tracks total, α will include all three previously released singles and will be released with three editions: a CD-only standard edition, a CD + DVD limited edition, and a CD + DVD + photo book fan club edition. The DVD will include music video clips of several tracks along with the making-of for lead track “TRUE BLUE”. The fan club edition will also include behind-the-scenes footage of her on location shooting in London.

Haruka Tomatsu gives us a Resolution in new single!

Popular Japanese seiyuu, vocalist, and member of four-member seiyuu group Sphere Haruka Tomatsu is giving us a resolution in her upcoming single that will be released November 20! The track, “Resolution”, is featured as the intro theme song for the anime Sword Art Online: Alicization War of the Underworld and Haruka-san also happens to provide the voice of Asuna in the Sword Art Online franchise.

“Resolution” will be coming to us in three editions: a CD + DVD limited edition, CD-only regular edition, and CD + DVD limited anime edition. The CD + DVD limited edition will come with the music video for “Resolution” while the CD + DVD limited anime edition will feature the credit-less opening to Sword Art Online: Alicization War of the Underworld and will include exclusive anime cover artwork. BOYS END SWING GIRL tells fans that they won't STAND ALONE with new mini-album!

Four-member rock band BOYS END SWING GIRL announced that they will be releasing a brand new mini-album, STAND ALONE, December 11. This will be the latest release by the band since their album FOREVER YOUNG back in June and will be their second major label release. Being released with six tracks total, STAND ALONE will include a remastered version of their hit tracks “Snow Drop” and “Luck Man” which will be digitally available a couple weeks prior to release. The album will also only drop with a CD-only standard edition.

BOYS END SWING GIRL also announced that they will be having a homecoming one-band live January 26 at the fabled Narita Cultural Center Sky Town Hall in Chiba. Dubbing the live HOME ALONE”s”, the band announced that more info will be made available on their official site and that pre-orders will be up until November 18.

Nana Mizuki runs through the competition with latest release!

Japanese popular talent, seiyuu, and vocalist Nana Mizuki is crashing through with her latest album release CANNONBALL RUNNING which will drop December 11! For those of you not familiar with Nana-chan, she is famous for her roles in popular anime series such as Basilisk (as Oboro), Naruto (as Hinata), Rosario to Vampire (as Moka), Shugo Chara (as Utau), Blood-C (as Saya), and many, many more memorable, amazing roles. CANNONBALL RUNNING is her first studio album release in three years since NEOGENE CREATION which came out in 2016 and it will be her 13th studio album overall. It will come in three ballin’ editions: a CD + Blu-ray limited edition, a CD + 2-DVD limited edition, and a CD-only regular edition. CANNONBALL RUNNING will feature seventeen tracks in total, some of which used as themes for the popular series Sympogear XV and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation, to name a couple.

The Blu-ray and DVD editions will contain the special event NANA MUSIC LABORATORY 2019 which was held in March. Both limited editions will include special box packing with a photo book! TENDRE reflects on SELF and others with new music video!

Coming off the release of his latest EP, IN SIGHT, Music Corner alum TENDRE dropped the music video for the EP’s lead track “SELF” on RALLYE LABLE’s official YouTube channel. Released back in October, IN SIGHT was the latest physical release since NOT IN ALMIGHTY back in 2018 and was his second EP overall.

Produced by Takahiro Kawahara and directed by cinematographer Sensei, “SELF” gives off the old sci-fi B-movie feel with it being shot fully in black and white. IN SIGHT released with six tracks total and dropped with a CD-only standard edition.
