Necry Talkie introduces the masses to their zaniness with major label debut!

Popular Music Corner alum Necry Talkie announced that they will be making their major label debut with album ZOO!! January 29. Since the group’s signing with Sony back in September, fans were waiting what seemed months on end for any news about their debut. This will be their latest release since Memories back in July and will be the band’s third album overall. ZOO!! will include hit tracks “深夜とコンビニ” (“Yoake to Conbini”) and “ボケナスのうた” (“Bokenasu no Uta”) and will total out to eleven tracks.

The album will also drop with both a CD-only standard edition and a CD + DVD limited edition. The DVD will include footage from their latest one-band live which took place back in August from Tokyo’s Mynavi BLITZ Live House.

Sayaka Yamamoto shines new light on her career with preview of upcoming single!

Vocalist Sayaka Yamamoto released a small preview for her upcoming single “追憶の光” (“Tsuioku no Hikari”) on Universal Music Japan’s official YouTube channel. Set for release November 20, “Tsuioku no Hikari” will be the latest solo single by Yamamoto since “Toge” back in September and will be her third overall since her graduation from NMB48. Produced by legendary composer Takeshi Kobayashi the single shows a different side to Yamamoto since her departure and focuses on her vocals with a ballad composition. The B-side track “stay free” was composed by Music Corner alum SIRUP and produced by Mori Zentaro. As previously reported, “Tsuioku no Hikari” will be available in two editions, a CD-only standard edition and a CD + DVD limited edition. Not much is different between the two editions except that the standard edition will include an additional track while the limited edition will inlace the music video for “Tsuioku no Hikari” with a special behind-the-scenes making-of. Little Glee Monster gets help with Earth, Wind, and Fire in upcoming song

Little Glee Monster is celebrating five years being in the music industry and they are getting help to celebrate that with music legends Earth, Wind, and Fire. Their new song is titled “I Feel The Light” which is being released December 11. “I Feel The Light” is already being performed in Little Glee Monster’s latest tour called Little Glee Monster 5th Celebration Tour 2019 -MONSTER GROOVE PARTY- and was played on the air for the first time on FM802 morning showTACTY IN THE MORNING. The track was recorded in Los Angeles back in June. “I Feel The Light” is being released in two editions total including a standard CD-only edition and a limited edition which will come with a bonus DVD. Details about the DVD have yet to be released but pre-orders are already available and will be posted below along with the short video that teases the new song so people can go ahead and get excited.

Nanaka Suwa makes her way down to her solo debut!

Another day, another Aqours voice actress announces that she will be making her solo debut! This time around Nanaka Suwa announced that she will be rising to the main stage for her debut album in April of 2020. She is commonly known for her work as Kanan Matsuura in the multimedia Love Live! Sunshine!! Not much is known about the album except that Suwa will be signed to Universal Music Japan under its Nippon Columbia label. However, when more info is made available we shall update you guys on it!

Band-Maid is ready to conquer in new album

Rock band BAND-MAID announced they will be dropping a brand new album titled CONQUEROR December 11. The announcement was made during their last performance in the United States as part of their world tour BAND-MAID WORLD DOMINATION TOUR 2019 which was at the LA ECHOPLEX in Los Angeles, California. The album will include the song “glory” which was used for shonen anime Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS as one of the ending themes. CONQUEROR will also include “Bubble” which was used as the theme song for Asahi drama 「パーフェクトクライム」(Perfect Crime). CONQUEROR is being released in three editions total including a standard CD-only edition, a limited edition that comes with a bonus DVD, and another limited edition that comes with a bonus Blu-ray. The CD will feature a total of fifteen tracks and a full track listing will be posted below. The Blu-ray and DVD will feature bonus footage. Pre-order links will be posted below along with the music video for Band-Maid’s song “endless story” which will be heard on CONQUEROR.
