Pentagon announces breakup

Visual Kei band Pentagon revealed they will be going separate ways come February of 2020. This announcement arrived through the band’s website where lead vocalist Chizuru explains that since forming the band his view and opinions have changed and he is wanting to live a more personal life. Alas, since winter of 2017 the band has discussed breaking up but they felt like they still had work left to do and stayed together but one year later they came back together and decided to put an end to the band. Pentagon released what would be be their last single July 10, titled “yume kara sameta hi”. The group was formed in 2015 and will have worked together for five years come their conclusion next February.
