LiSA Accomplished An Amazing Record!

It was announced today via the Oricon charts that artist LiSA, with the release of her best-of albums LiSA BEST -Way- and LiSA BEST -Day-, has taken the 1st and 2nd place on the charts. With this monumental achievement she joins three other female artists that have done similar feats: Ayumi Hamasaki, JUJU, and Kana Nishino.

We congratulate LiSA on the amazing accomplishment and look forward to seeing more throughout her career.

Red Velvet Announces Japanese Mini-Album!

Five-member Korean girl group Red Velvet announced today that they will be joining their other S. M. Entertainment brothers and sisters by making their Japan debut with new mini-album #Cookie Jam. Being released on July 4th, the mini album will have four tracks total. “#Cookie Jam” will be an original Japanese track and the other three songs will be Japanese covers of previous songs.

Roselia Reveals Newest Member!

Bushiroad’s multimedia project “BanG Dream!” announced that the band Roselia’s new bassist Yuki Nakashima will be taking over after Yurika Endo’s retirement from the industry due to health issues. “BanG Dream!” is an enormous media project consisting of anime, manga, music, games, and soon to be a card game. This project is centered around various high school girls coming together and making several bands.

This announcement happened during the “BanG Dream!” 5th☆LIVE event. The pair also did a double bass collaboration for the song “BLACK SHOUT” for a surprising encore.

THE BEAT GARDEN Announces New Single!

Four-member group THE BEAT GARDEN announced today their brand new single name, "花火" ("Hanabi"). Being released on July 18th, "花火" will be their sixth single and is a love song. There will be a DVD released alongside it titled Documentary of “花火”.

ONEPIXCEL Announces New Single And Live!

Three-member idol group ONEPIXCEL announced today on their LINE LIVE their second major label single. No title has been revealed as of this post, but it will have a release date of August 8th. ONEPIXCEL also announced both a release event and a live for the single planned, respectively, for June 2nd and 3rd.
