YRKY Girls Project Finally Revealed!

Record label Perfect Music announced their new project called YRKY Girls. After countless auditions, the label decided to pick ten girls for the initial group. Perfect Music wanted the group to embody an “alternative and edgy” persona. All ten girls have received official Twitter accounts and the group itself has both a Twitter and an Instagram account. It was also announced that there will be a talk event on April 28th to introduce the girls to the public.

Title For Haruka Yamazaki Debut Single Announced

Voice actress Haruka Yamazaki was announced to have a debut single back in February. Now it's been announced that it will be called “Zenzen Tomodachi”. Along with this, it has also been revealed to be the ending theme of the anime "Maho Shojo Site”

Shota Shimizu's Friday Release Date Has Finally Been Revealed!

On his official page, artist Shota Shimizu announced that the release date of his newest single "Friday" will be on May 16th. Friday, which was featured on beer company Premium Malt's Premium Friday, boasts a catchy beat that one could say could rival some American artists' music.

Shiina Ringo Teases New Album.

Celebrating a 20 year anniversary, Shiina Ringo has started teaseing her new album Adam to Eve to Ringo. Releasing on May 23th, this is a tribute album that will have accompanying stars on some of the track, including, Utada Hikaru, Daichi Miura, Al, and Kaela Kimura.

Asian Kung-Fu Generation's Newest Music Video Has Been Released!

Rock band Asian Kung-Fu Generation, coming off of their Best Of album, released the music to one of the newer songs "The Survivor's March". Its music video is a fairly somber one, featuring a girl trying to cope with the loss of a loved one.
